Sometimes disaster can strike families when seniors get sick or their mental and physical condition deteriorates. This is a difficult and stressful time for everyone involved. Foremost in everyone’s minds is the health and wellness of the senior involved. And yet, it is difficult for all family members to reach consensus when it comes to decision making during these times.

One of the big considerations is the need for short term senior housing and this can be a difficult topic. Different family members will want different things and the seniors involved in the situation will likely want to retain as much of their independence as possible.
